Privacy Policy
Last Updated: January 2026
1. Introduction
CamraGo LLC ("Kamvo," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our mobile application ("App").
2. Information We Collect
Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, profile photo, and password when you create an account.
Identity Verification (Shooters): Government-issued ID and selfie for identity verification, processed by Stripe Identity. We do not store your ID documents directly.
Payment Information: Payment card details are collected and processed by Stripe. We store only the last 4 digits and card type for display purposes.
Location Data: Real-time GPS location when Shooters are online and available for jobs, and when Clients are booking or tracking a session. This enables our matching and tracking features.
Communications: In-app text messages between Clients and Shooters are stored for customer support, safety, and dispute resolution purposes. Media files (photos/videos) are automatically deleted after 24 hours.
Usage Data: Information about how you use the App, including session history, ratings, and interactions.
Device Information: Device type, operating system, and push notification tokens.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
• Provide and improve our services
• Match Clients with nearby Shooters
• Process payments and payouts
• Enable real-time tracking during sessions
• Send push notifications about bookings and messages
• Provide customer support
• Ensure platform safety and enforce our Terms
• Comply with legal obligations
4. Information Sharing
We share your information only as follows:
With Other Users: Clients see Shooter name, photo, and real-time location during active bookings. Shooters see Client name, photo, and session location.
Service Providers: We use third-party services including Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Mapbox (maps), and Expo (push notifications). These providers have their own privacy policies.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of CamraGo LLC or others.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
5. Location Data
Location tracking is essential to Kamvo's service. Shooters' locations are broadcast while they are online and available. Clients' locations are used for booking and session tracking. Location data is not shared outside of active booking contexts.
You can stop location sharing by going offline (Shooters) or closing the App (Clients). However, this will prevent you from using core features.
6. Photos and Videos (Content)
Session Content: Photos and videos created during Kamvo sessions are transferred directly between Shooters and Clients via AirDrop or in-app chat. Kamvo does not store, process, or have access to Content created during sessions on our servers.
In-App Chat Media: Media files shared through the in-app chat are temporarily stored to enable delivery. These files are automatically deleted after 24 hours. Save any files you need before then.
Content Ownership: All Content belongs to the Client. Shooters must delete Content from their devices upon Client request. See our Terms of Service for full details on content ownership and deletion policies.
7. Data Retention
We retain your account information as long as your account is active. Booking history and messages are retained for 3 years for legal and support purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
8. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
